I really like the comparison of the work in progress and the finished illustration. It makes it a lot easier to see what you’re envisioning as you’re painting. Also this painting just looks really cool 🙂

It’s always exciting to see that you’ve uploaded a video, Lisa. I know someone who says she’d like me to paint her cat. She hasn’t sent me a reference photo yet, but if the one she sends me is not that good, I have a style I can maybe work with.

  7. Michael Parry says:

Lisa, it is good to see and hear from you again. I know we all miss you and hope you mend well. I know you want to make videos on your art and not you, but I do think a quick few words on how you are managing your physical challenges would be good for your viewing family. We all love you and your art. yes, the work is great. 🙂

Lisa, there is a brand of acrylic paint which is fun to use. Maybe you would want to try the Daler Rowney Graduate Acrylics. They have a matte finish when dried I think. I would love to hear your opinions on these.
